We design every piece for petite proportions, but fit is personal. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, or within 30 days for store credit.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard return policy applies from the delivery date.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size when available. Email us at info@nectarpetite.com with your order number and the size you'd like, and we'll guide you through the process.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Email info@nectarpetite.com with your order number and the piece(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within one business day with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
